Homestead Gardens Landscaping Division is in search of a dynamic and self-driven Landscape Production Manager to take charge of every facet of our landscape projects, guiding them from conceptualization to successful completion. What the Landscape Production Manager Will Do: * Supervise and ensure the quality of landscape job installation, maintenance, and construction projects. * Review Landscape Division needs for supplies and hardgoods, requisitioning as needed. * Serve as a liaison between Landscape Production and Design/Sales Associates. * Review landscape customer job sites and contracts of sold jobs. * Assist with estimating, as needed. * Review completed work orders for billing processing. * Ensure all landscape jobs are completed in a timely manner. * Lead and motivate a team of landscape technicians, fostering optimal performance and productivity. * Provide guidance, training, and support to landscape team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. * Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager in interviewing and hiring Landscape Production associates. Requirements: What You Will Bring: * Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and construction techniques. * Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Must be fluent in Spanish and English. This is required for the position. * Leadership and team management experience. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Budgeting and financial management proficiency. * Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software. * Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field, or proven experience as a Landscape Production Manager or in a similar role.
