Landscape Crew Leader

LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER

As Landscape Crew Leader you will direct the work of your team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, proficiently, and to quality standards. You will oversee crews in varying service lines, involving basic maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services like irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day site operations and assigning work to crew members

· Maintaining a schedule, and ensuring service expectations are met

· Relaying client concerns to the Landscape Supervisor and assisting in achieving a resolution

· Provide the Landscape Supervisor with feedback on crew members

· Assist the Landscape Supervisor in the development and training of crew members

· Turning in accurate crew time

· Ensure all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies

· Ensure equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance

· Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles

Experience:

· 3 years minimum truck and trailer experience

· Equivalent experience in a landscape-related field

· Compensation based on experience

License/Certification:

· Driver’s License

· US Work Authorization
