This role is crucial for ensuring the high-quality execution of landscaping designs, maintaining client satisfaction, and managing our landscaping team efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in managing diverse landscaping projects. Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of landscaping projects, including design, installation, and maintenance. * Manage and coordinate the activities of landscaping teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Develop and implement landscaping plans that meet clients' requirements and preferences while considering environmental sustainability. * Conduct site evaluations to assess needs and identify potential issues before they arise. * Collaborate with designers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met. * Manage and maintain inventory of landscaping supplies, tools, and equipment. * Train and mentor landscaping staff, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to landscaping and environmental protection. * Prepare and manage budgets for landscaping projects, including estimating costs and controlling expenses. * Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in landscaping to incorporate innovative solutions into projects. Qualifications: * Proven experience in landscaping management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. * Extensive knowledge of plants, horticulture practices, and landscape design. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. * Proficiency in landscaping design software is a plus. * A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed. * Professional certification in landscaping, horticulture, or related field preferred.
